These terms govern your use of adintel, a service provided by Pro Marketer ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you are using a team Space, your organisation.
The service
adintel collects public ads from the Meta Ad Library, organises them into creatives, enriches them with machine-generated analysis, and lets your team save, track, share and query them. The analysis is produced by AI models and is a reading of the ad, not a measurement. Winning Probability and similar scores are inferences; we do not measure spend, impressions, conversions or return on ad spend, and you should not represent our figures as such.
Accounts and Spaces
You must give a real work email and verify it. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your Space. Owners and admins can remove members and delete the Space.
Trial, plans and payment
The trial lasts seven days, needs no card, and ends with your Space becoming read-only. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are not refundable except where the law requires it. Prices exclude tax; tax is calculated at checkout.
Credits
Paid actions consume credits. Credits reset on your billing date, do not roll over, and can be topped up. When credits reach zero, paid actions pause until you add credits or the next reset; browsing continues.
Acceptable use
You may use the library for research, analysis, inspiration and competitive intelligence. You may not resell or redistribute the library, scrape or bulk-export it beyond the API limits of your plan, use it to harass or defame an advertiser, reproduce an advertiser's creative as your own, or use the service to break Meta's terms or any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content you upload
Ads and files you upload stay yours. You grant us the licence needed to store, process and show them to your Space. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
Intellectual property and takedowns
Ads in the library belong to their advertisers and appear here as public material from the Meta Ad Library for the purpose of research and commentary. If you are a rights holder and want a creative removed, email us; we remove it on request.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not promise it on self-serve plans. Enterprise agreements include an SLA. Support is by email.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions you make based on the analysis.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account owners 14 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes go to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
